The outdoor spaces have breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape and include up to 7.000 m2 of outdoor private area. All are fully serviced by the hotel.
The hotels outstanding outdoor heated pool is the perfect complement to the pristine white-sand beaches and an ideal place for an end of day refreshing swim.  Keeping the little ones in mind, a separate kids pool is available year round and a kids club is available in the summer months. The unique fire-pit is a gathering place where guest of all nations find themselves sharing stories while sipping a glass of some of Portugal’s best wines. Here you will rediscover the magic of time as it stands still, loose yourself in all its nuances and revere in the magnificence of simplicity. The hotels main restaurant “Sem Porta” finds its inspiration in the areas old rice storing facilities.  In keeping with the essence of Comporta, the architecture is sophisticated yet relaxed.  The cuisine is divine featuring local Portuguese recipes and dishes.  The Chef uses regional products, working with local fisherman and wineries, giving precedence to fresh, organic produce. In the middle of the organic garden one finds the Food Circle – Sublime Comporta Country Retreat & Spa´s outdoor organic restaurant.  Around the counter, there is room for only 12 people who want to live this unforgettable experience –  to have direct contact with the chefs, with the earth and dine under the stars with the aromas of the garden.  Here, only ancestral cooking methods are used and fire has a leading role, leaving behind modern techniques giving precedence to the land and history that is part of us. Com Brasa is another option. With nature as a backdrop, here the grill is star – from meat to vegetables all is prepared to perfection. Shared tables and conversation mark the relaxed ambience here.

The restaurant is complemented by a bar that features a large deck punctuated with beautiful centenarian Olive trees, overlooking the pool.  Here cocktails cater to the most demanding connoisseur. The Spa astounds in its calmness and simplicity offering a wide variety of treatments.
