Quinta dos Carvalhos

Quinta dos Carvalhos is a farmhouse of 70ha, located 1.5 km from the city center of Castelo Branco.

Located in Beira Baixa, one of the most charming regions of Portugal, it is close to the main historical villages of Portugal, like Monsanto, and also the Natural Park of the International Tagus, an area of ​​great natural beauty.

Quinta dos Carvalhos consists of a rural house, totally refurbished and with exquisite interiors, which construction dates back to the 17th century, belonging to the same family for five generations. It has 5 bedrooms, all with bathroom and AC, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, swimming pool and outdoor recreation areas. Inserted in a walled farmhouse, the house is ideal for groups of friends or families, who want to gather and feel in their own country house.

Horse rides may be organized, as well as regional cheese workshops (both 5 minutes from the Quinta) and boat trips on the international Tagus on request.

Breakfast “baskets” may be provided upon request and with an additional value.
