The farmstay is only 8 kms from the world heritage city of Évora. From here you can walk along the 16th century aqueduct or cycle to the city or to the charming village of Graça do Divor. To complement the moments of «dolce fare niente», we offer you the possibility of exploring the Alentejo in one of Turaventur’s adventure or historical trips.
The house maintains the traditional architecture of the Alentejo region. Its walls are very thick keeping the house cool in the warm seasons, and fresh in the summer. Outside, the pictures painted blue stripe and the beautiful big chimneys. Each of our rooms has a different theme, inviting you to explore the arts of cork extraction, olive and grape picking or bread making. At the living room you’ll find a huge fire place to sit by in the long winter evenings and also wireless internet, an honesty bar, books, music, television, DVD’s and games. It has all the comfort of a modern house in a rustic and genuine atmosphere, where nothing reminds you of a guesthouse.
