Farmhouse of the Palms

Situated on a hill overlooking the picturesque Algarve valleys below, this two hundred year old farmhouse is just stunningly beautiful. Just outside the little town of São Brás de Alportel and a short drive north of Faro, the Farmhouse immerses you in the authentic feel and calm of the Algarve.

Restored and designed by Flemish couple Frank and Veronique, the concept was to create a destination of beauty and a haven of tranquility within busy Algarve.

Each of the buildings have been stylishly restored without disturbing their original character and they exhale a strong sense of minimalism and serenity.

Featuring a total of five en suite rooms, each has been renovated for maximum space (32m2 to 65m2), serenity and privacy. The suites are almost monastic in their simplicity: white walls, terracotta floors, lots of natural stone and wood, but also full of comfort with Egyptian cotton linen, quality furnishings, fluffy robes and soothing rain showers. Each room offers satellite television, bluetooth loudspeaker, espresso machine and is equipped with airconditioning & underfloor heating. The suites sleep 2 people (some up to 2 parents + 2 kids) and each suite has a spacious private terrace for outside relaxing.

There are several minimally decorated lounge areas inside and out with lovely gardens and orchards, a gorgeous black mosaic swimming pool for cooling off in the summer and delightful spots to laze about in the hammocks and loungers.
