Design & Wine Hotel combines historic 18th-century design with contemporary design.

The Design & Wine Hotel reconciles modernity with the built heritage. Combining innovation and boldness, combining history with modernity and tradition with technology, but always maintaining the traces of the façade of the Manor of the 20th century. XVIII. As its name says, it seeks to value our wines, from north to south, offering an enoteca with independent entrance from the hotel.

Design & Wine Hotel has modern rooms with views of the Minho River and Mount Santa Tecla. The high tech building rotates 35 degrees 2 times a day, giving guests the best views of the river. Each air-conditioned room has a flat-screen cable TV, games console, an iPad and a minibar, available upon request and at an additional cost.

The restaurant is characterized by a mixture of modern cuisine reinterpreting old recipes from Alto Minho, always with good wines to accompany. A buffet breakfast is served daily and the hotel’s restaurant offers local dishes made with regional products. Enoteca’s space is ideal for tasting the best wines and traditional snacks.
