Quinta do Ameal

Located in the Lima sub-region, in the Vinho Verde demarcated wine region, Quinta do Ameal is a historic property with records that date back to 1710.

Extending along 800 meters of riverbank, the estate measures 30 hectares, 14 of wich are occupied by Loureiro vinyards. In addition to the vineyard, the estate is composed of  forest in which we find pine trees that are over 200 years old, as well as oaks, chestnut and walnut trees, a large swimming pool and gardens with pedestrian access to the Lima River.

The two houses inserted in the farm have the capacity to receive 10 guests: Casa Grande consisting of 3 suites, with independent entrances and Casa da Vinha with 2 double rooms, ideal for a family; accommodations created with large dimensions valuing comfort and exclusivity.

There is also a set of tastings available to discover what the farm produces along with guided tours of the vineyards and winery.

It is a genuine wine tourism, a retreat, where it is possible to carry out a set of activities in harmony with the surrounding area.
