7Quintas

We have joined 7 small farms with the aim of requalify an heritage, rich in history, situated in one of the most beautiful sights of Marvão.
Where before was an olive press facility, we have created a restaurant with two restaurant rooms, bar, a small shop with local and regional products, a terrace with one of the best views of the region and an art gallery.
The several houses, formerly inhabited by small farmers, have been recovered and requalified into comfortable apartments with simple and modern lines. Perfectly framed in the usual traces of this region.

Altogether we have 13 apartments divided into 6 houses.
Each house with its own story to tell. Stories of people who inhabited this territory and that made this place rich and unique.
Highlighting the heritage and valuing endogenous products grown, whenever possible, in our land.
Pick up traditions and redefine them with a quality signature.

We would like to seen as a reference in the regional overview, involving a Mediterranean kitchen with inspiration in the Alentejo gastronomy. Aiming to promote regional dishes in accordance with a plan of environmental, economic and social sustainability.
